telecommunications client in its acquisition of
easements and leases required for the maintenance
of telecommunications towers and related assets.
Coordinated and analyzed the application of zoning
ordinances in over 300 localities across the country
to properties being purchased in a multi-billion
dollar transaction. Mr. Levy is an experienced
speaker on land use law for CLE accreditation
for attorneys. He serves on the Board of Directors
for the Jewish Family Services of Tidewater.
