PRACTICE OVERVIEW:
Ms. Fink has concentrated her practice in the
areas of residential real estate transactions;
civil litigation; foreclosure law; bankruptcy
and creditors rights.
EXPERIENCE:
Ms. Fink relocated to Virginia Beach from Smithtown,
New York, where she was associated with the law
firm of Montort, Healy, McGuire & Salley or
New York City.
EDUCATION; BAR ADMISSIONS:
Ms. Fink received her Bachelor of Arts from College
of the Holly Cross and her Juris Doctor Degree
from St. John’s School of Law. She is admitted
to practice before the Bar of Virginia; the Bar
of New York and U.S. District Court for the Eastern
District of Virginia
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Ms. Fink is a member of the Virginia State Bar;
New York County Bar; Virginia Trial Lawyers Association
and the American Bar Association.
