PRACTICE OVERVIEW:
Ms. Hartin concentrates her
practice in the areas of civil litigation; real
estate transactions; bankruptcy, and creditor’s
rights.
EXPERIENCE:
Ms. Hartin relocated to Virginia Beach
from Northern Virginia, where her practice focused
on real estate law, community association law,
and creditor’s rights.
EDUCATION; BAR ADMISSIONS:
Ms. Hartin received her Bachelor of Arts
from George Mason University and her Juris Doctor
Degree from George Mason University School of
Law. She is admitted to practice before the Bar
of Virginia; the Bar of the District of Columbia
and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and
Western Districts of Virginia.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Ms. Hartin is a member of the Virginia
State Bar; District of Columbia Bar; and the Virginia
Trial Lawyers Association.
