PRACTICE OVERVIEW:
Mr. Moore has concentrated his practice
in the areas of civil and criminal
matters, concentrating in causes of
action arising from residential landlord
and tenant law disputes. His criminal
defense practice includes representation
of defendants in both criminal and
traffic courts.
EXPERIENCE:
A native of Virginia, Mr. Moore has
practiced law in the Tidewater area
for over 8 years
BAR ADMISSIONS:
Mr. Moore received his Bachelor of
Arts in History from Gardner-Webb
College; his Masters of Arts in History
from Old Dominion University and his
Juris Doctor Degree from Regent University
School of Law. He is admitted to practice
before the Bar of Virginia.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Mr. Moore is a member of the Virginia
State Bar and Virgina Beach Bar Associations.
Mr. Moore has been Adjunct Instructor
of History and Political Science at
Tidewater Community College; Guest
Lecturer at Old Dominion University
during completion of his master’s
thesis on the assassination of President
John F. Kennedy. He was also a Guest
Panelist at Norfolk State University
for a public debate on “The
Presidentcy in Crisis”.
